ABOUT US

We Help Oil and Gas Companies Manage Abandonment Liabilities

MISSION

A specialized team dedicated to developing end of life oil and gas asset strategies while delivering unequaled execution so our customers can focus on the profitability of their core business.

VISION

To be the industry leading oil and gas ARO solutions firm, enabling the transition to a lower carbon environment by stewarding end of life oil and gas assets effectively back to their native state.

EnergyARO was borne out the unique experience and skill set of its founder, Wayne Wisniewski, an engineer with over 35 years of oil and gas experience. As a former CEO and COO of a public E&P company, Wayne is intimately familiar with ARO issues from both a financial and operational perspective. EnergyARO is 100% focused on abandonment issues and is the only US based firm that incorporates financial audit and assessment capability with P&A operations expertise. Over his career, Wayne was responsible for decommissioning hundreds of wells, individually and in programs in WY, CO, NM, OK, LA, TX and offshore, ranging from shallow, simple land P&A’s to complex, costly well abandonments and sensitive environmental reclamations. From that experiences base, EnergyARO was created to serve the growing worldwide oil and gas abandonment need.
